At the beginning of July, the CEO of Helinick, Mr Marius Retegan, contacted our company. He planned to establish a new facility capable of filling and decanting chemical vaccines, as well as maintaining the associated bottles. Naturally, he also approached other competitors.
First week – After a few phone calls and a few quotes within a week, we have reached the point where we can visit our production facilities and discuss detailed technical questions at the plant.
Second week: we organised the visit for another week – fortunately it wasn't August, when „Italy would be closed”.
Third week: After a pleasant and fulfilling day in Italy, the final concept was developed, the order was placed, we shook hands, and the contract was signed.
Fourth week – our competitors have registered, to see how they can help 😊
Our principle, so that the direct contact person can answer the 90% customer queries. The remaining 10% will be answered by our engineers. It’s all about speed, gathering and organising information, and well-organised processes. We’re moving in this direction; I know we still often fall short, but we’ll reorganise again and learn from our mistakes.
Start There were times when a change of direction was needed with this investment too. We had to deliver a different machine than what we originally planned. And here too, I thank Marius, Alexandru and their colleagues for their flexibility.
Helinick is a truly first-class partner. The plant is operational. Alexandru and his team are working. I wholeheartedly recommend them to all our valued partners who do not yet have the capability to fill chemical extinguishing agents, such as FM200 or NOVEC, or to maintain gas cylinders.
PWENT KFT.
