Mobile maintenance station

The mobile maintenance station combines the entire range of equipment required for on-site fire extinguisher maintenance into a single portable unit: the entire workshop process (valve removal, pressure testing, powder refilling, powder recovery, valve refitting, marking) can be carried out at the customer’s premises. PWENT offers the SKID AC/FG8 portable unit and the associated mobile equipment package to fire safety service providers.

The business benefits of mobile maintenance
On-site servicing offers a competitive advantage in three areas. Firstly: at large sites (factories, warehouses, office buildings), maintaining a stock of hundreds of fire extinguishers is extremely time-consuming when they have to be transported to a workshop. With the mobile unit, maintenance can be carried out on-site — the customer does not need to hand over their equipment for the duration of the maintenance. Secondly: rapid response — in urgent cases (inspections, regulatory requirements), the mobile unit can arrive on site within hours. Thirdly: the customer’s work processes are not disrupted.
