RICOS Srl. was established in 1995 with the aim of manufacturing tube manufacturing machinery; in the years following its founding, RICOS overcame many challenges in the field of tube bending, transformation, and processing. Currently, it can offer numerous solutions related to this field. The main focus is on automatic tube bending and cutting. All mechanical work is carried out using machinery (shearing, drilling, deep drawing, shaping, etc.). We are capable of end forming, pressing up to a maximum diameter of 80 mm. TIG-MIG-robot welding, brazing, shaping, and subsequent surface treatments such as polishing, chrome-plating, lacquering on stainless steel surfaces, passivation, brightening, etc., are available. We are ready to share our experience to plan the best result together! From prototype production through test series production to mass production. We use/develop new technologies for better quality and lower cost. The ring-shaped header piping ensures better gas supply. By continuously monitoring gas flow and conducting cyclic tests, we have been able to reduce disadvantages in gas flow, thereby protecting your interests. We have developed seamless connections, which result in lower costs and a reduced chance of leakage.

Ring manifold design – We create a ring manifold for our gas cylinder bundles because:

Dual phase treatment
Upon request, we can implement double manifold piping. In this case, special connectors and dip tubes allow us to achieve that the gaseous phase of the liquefied gas comes through one main connector valve, while the liquefied state is used through the other connector.
