Dust charging and powder recovery is the central technology in the maintenance chain of powder extinguishers: recovering old extinguishing powder, filtering it and refilling it with new extinguishing powder. PWENT offers a complete range of TOTEM products from the top Italian manufacturer: from small basic workshop machines to automated production line stations. All machines are working in accordance with the regulation 9/2008 (II.22.) ÖTM and EN 3-7.

TOTEM range - workshop and mobile
TOTEM M: mobile dust filling and recovery unit - easy transportability, reduced weight, designed for on-site servicing. Capacity: 20-30 extinguishers/day, dust delivery 8-12 kg/min. TOTEM E: non-mobile base machine, same performance, with reinforced frame, for fixed installation. TOTEM TS: for larger volume extinguisher maintenance workshops, for continuous 8-hour operation, 120 extinguishers/day. TOTEM MTS: the same for mobile use, for installation in a workshop truck.

TOTEM high-end automatic solutions
TOTEM GALAXY: special for the maintenance of installed/incorporated dust containers (15-20 kg/min dust transport). 1.5 kW power. TOTEM GALAXY II: NATO approved, for maintenance of airport fire extinguishers, fire truck dust tanks. TOTEM MATIC: PLC-controlled automatic filling unit with integrated balance - stops the filling process automatically at the desired weight. 200-220 extinguishers/day. TOTEM AUTO BAG: top automatic filling station with 1 tonne silo, 500-600 extinguishers/day, for 1-12 kg and wheeled extinguishers.

Recovery and on-site solutions
TOTEM BAG and TOTEM BAG CARGO: cost-effective dust recovery from dust collectors to BIG-BAG bags, 12-15 kg/min. SKID AC/FG8: portable mobile unit for CO2 and dust charging, on-site servicing (see Mobile maintenance station).
