Maintenance services
Full maintenance of gas cylinders: hydrostatic pressure test up to a maximum of 450 bar, valve tightening and loosening, internal and external cleaning, painting, marking. Official report for every inspection, in accordance with the PED 2014/68/EU and TPED 2010/35/EU standards. Fire extinguisher maintenance: annual inspection and 5/10-yearly thorough maintenance in accordance with Decree 9/2008 (II.22.) ÖTM. Maintenance packages (periodic, annual, urgent).
Design and engineering services
Custom machine design: in addition to standard machines, equipment designed and manufactured for specific applications — for gas plant environments, specialised filling tasks and research projects. Workshop design: on-site survey, machine package proposal and optimised production line layout for the launch of a new maintenance workshop. Lean support (gas industry): process development, efficiency improvement and cost reduction using the Lean Six Sigma methodology — with particular regard to the specific characteristics of the gas industry.
Handling and material processing services
Painting and surface treatment: in accordance with ADR colour codes, using industrial-grade paint. Labelling and marking: a specialist service provided via the jeloles.pwent.eu subdomain. Sticker application and packaging: preparing end-user products for market release. Installation services: commissioning of machinery, on-site installation.
