Painting/surface treatment services.

In addition to gas cylinder painting, PWENT’s painting and surface treatment services also cover the surface treatment of industrial products and components: corrosion protection, mechanical protection, aesthetic appearance and functional properties (heat resistance, chemical resistance, antistatic properties). New category — previously, only gas cylinder painting was offered as a standalone service; now the range has been expanded.

Specialising in gas cylinder painting
Painting in accordance with ADR colour codes (see category 600-020: Painting packages) is one of PWENT’s core services. In addition, we offer special coatings: powder coating (high resistance, long service life), two-component paint (PUR, epoxy — for chemically aggressive environments), and heat-resistant paint (for furnaces and exhaust systems).

Surface treatment of industrial components and products
PWENT’s paint shop does not just handle gas cylinders: we also offer painting services for industrial machine parts, metal structures, pallets, crates, storage containers and signage. The entire work process (preparation, priming, painting, drying) is integrated. Material groups: steel, aluminium, galvanised steel, stainless steel, and, less commonly, castings.

Surface preparation methods
Shot blasting: the most effective method of surface cleaning for removing heavy oxidation and old paint. Chemical cleaning: for specific surface contaminants where mechanical methods are unsuitable. Phosphating: a corrosion-protective primer for metal surfaces, which also improves paint adhesion. Galvanising: zinc coating for steel surfaces — particularly for long-lasting outdoor protection.

Custom surface treatment projects
PWENT also undertakes bespoke surface treatment projects, including the development of customer-specified materials, prototype testing and small-batch production. Our team, with over 25 years of industry experience, can help you select the right coating system. Request a quote.
