PWENT’s maintenance packages are designed for the planned, long-term maintenance of gas cylinders and fire extinguishers: work carried out at appropriate intervals extends the service life of the cylinders, ensures official compliance, and is generally more cost-effective than ad hoc repairs. New category — previously, maintenance could be ordered separately; now it is also available in structured packages.

Annual maintenance package
Annual inspection of gas cylinder stock: external visual inspection, weighing, pressure testing, and checking the condition of valves and seals. Annual inspection of fire extinguishers. An official report is provided for each inspection. The package is available at an annual contract price, at fixed times, either at the customer’s premises or at the PWENT workshop. We particularly recommend this to companies to ensure continuous compliance with official requirements.

5- or 10-year comprehensive maintenance package
Periodic hydrostatic testing of gas cylinders is mandatory every 5 or 10 years (depending on the cylinder type). The PWENT comprehensive package includes: cylinder collection, valve removal, internal and external cleaning, hydrostatic testing (up to 450 bar), drying, painting, re-marking, valve refitting, and an official report. The package price is significantly more favourable than ordering each item separately.

Urgent repair and replacement cylinder package
If a cylinder requires urgent servicing (valve leak, damage), PWENT offers a 24–48-hour urgent servicing package. Replacement cylinder service: during maintenance, the customer receives a replacement cylinder, ensuring that operations are not interrupted. We particularly recommend this to gas plant partners who operate on a continuous cylinder rotation system.
