The metal pallet for transporting gas cylinders is a critical element of logistics and workshop work: it guarantees stable fixing of cylinders, fast forklift handling, multi-level storage and minimizes the risk of accidents. PWENT's pallets are manufactured in accordance with MSZ EN 13155:2021 (lifting equipment) and the relevant EU health and safety directives, and therefore meet the official purchasing requirements of B2B customers.

Material and production technology
Galvanized steel structure, robot-welded with corrosion-resistant coating. The protective coatings and welds are resistant to the elements and mechanical stress, giving the pallet a long service life even in outdoor storage. Structural integrity is verified by stress tests and load-bearing analysis: the pallet can safely bear the weight and pressure of full gas cylinders. Forklift access points on all 4 sides, stackable design.

Optional designs
PWENT stocks the most common models. Galvanized steel 12×50 litre and 16×50 litre pallets with ramp, walk-through or plate bottom - these are for standard industrial gas cylinders. Separate LPG pallet for 24 cylinders of 10 kg or 48 cylinders of 5 kg, with multi-level stacking. SELLA HV and SELLA LG pallets for securing drums and tanks up to 800 mm diameter, with integrated clamping jaws for secure fixing. We also manufacture custom designs for our large gas plant customers - our references include Linde and Air Liquide.
