Workshop for dust extinguisher (package)

The „Workshop for Powder Coating” package is a complete set of machinery that enables the launch of a new powder coating maintenance workshop or the expansion of an existing one. PWENT offers all the machinery required for the entire workflow in a single package, so the customer does not need to procure the individual items separately. Package category: the price and contents can be tailored to the workshop’s planned capacity.

The steps in the dust suppressor maintenance process
Comprehensive dust collector maintenance consists of 7 main steps. (1) Unscrewing the valve: using an EL60 or EL60-ATEX valve-opening machine. (2) Recovery of old extinguishing powder: using a TOTEM BAG or TOTEM TS powder recovery unit. (3) Internal cleaning: if necessary, to prepare for the hydrostatic test. (4) Hydrostatic test: HT350 pressure test bench (during 5/10-year major maintenance). (5) External cleaning and painting: RCP 270 + painting system. (6) Refilling with new extinguishing powder: TOTEM E/TS/MTS powder filler. (7) Refitting and marking the valve: EL60 + SPSN1492.

Contents of the package (may vary)
