A gas cylinder stack is a system of several high-pressure cylinders mounted in a single unit, designed for the storage and transport of industrial quantities of gases. PWENT's bundles are manufactured to EN ISO 10961, comply with the TPED 2010/35/EU, PED 2014/68/EU and ADR road transport regulations, so they can be safely handled and transported anywhere in Europe. The increased gas volume ensures longer operating times between refills.

Structure and technical parameters
The bundle consists of between 4 and 30 gas cylinders connected to a central manifold. The distribution system allows all cylinders to be filled or emptied simultaneously. The complete unit is held together by a robust steel frame, which protects the cylinders from mechanical damage and also provides lifting and handling according to the lifting equipment standard MSZ EN 13155:2021. Optional working pressure 200 or 300 bar for oxygen, nitrogen, argon, hydrogen, CO2 and gas mixtures.

Industrial applications
The manufacturing industry uses bundles for welding, cutting and fabrication where a continuous gas flow is critical. The healthcare sector relies on them for a stable supply of oxygen and medical gases. The food industry uses it for carbonation and protective atmosphere packaging, and R&D for the storage of special gas mixtures. H2 filling stations and CNG wells also typically use bundles on the supply side.
