New category — previously, packaging was part of the manufacturing process; it can now be ordered as a separate service (re-branding, customer-specific labelling, retail packaging).

Label printing services
Owner and customer labels: the customer’s logo, code and contact details on the cylinder. Product labels: gas type, quantity, instructions for use, safety warnings. Regulatory labels: date of periodic inspection, certificate of conformity. Promotional labels: campaign-related, temporary markings. PWENT labels are UV-resistant, waterproof and feature a durable design compliant with ADR standards.

Packaging services
Ready-to-market packaging of gas cylinders and related products: secured transport packaging, complete with documentation and a packing list. Storage crate packaging: cylinders secured in storage crates as described in category 200-050, accompanied by sponge or foam inserts. European transport: packaging suitable for delivery throughout the EU. Overseas transport: special packaging designed for longer distances, for intermodal transport.

Client-specific solutions
PWENT is able to develop bespoke packaging solutions tailored to the customer’s requirements: crates featuring the customer’s logo, specific documentation packs, and customer-specific labelling. Both small-batch and large-batch orders can be placed.
