For manual painting of gas cylinders, 2–6-station booths. The RCP-VMB is suitable for manually painting the external surfaces of gas cylinders and fire extinguishers. The gas cylinders must be cleaned beforehand either by sandblasting or using the RCP270 cleaning unit. With the door open (1-station model), the gas cylinder rotates. Whilst the gas cylinder is rotating, it is possible to paint it using a brush or a paint roller.
With the RCP-VMB unit, the painting process takes place inside the booth. The door can be closed once the painting operation is complete, thereby keeping the workplace clean and tidy. Gas cylinders can be stripped either completely or partially. Even just the neck can be painted when repainting pressure test markings or changing the colour of the gas cylinder neck.
