Gas cylinder used in a marine gas cylinder bundle

We can assemble our gas cylinder bundles ready for immediate use with our own cylinders, but if you would prefer us to use your own cylinders, that is also an option.

If you request that the gas cylinder bundle be fitted with the gas cylinder you have supplied, it must bear the TPED (PI) marking and be accompanied by the relevant documentation.
We manufacture the gas cylinder bundle in a hot-dip galvanised finish in accordance with the EN ISO 1461:2009 standard.

  • Special fastening tabs with a seal
  • AISI 316 stainless steel manifold tubing, Ø 26.67 x 5.56 mm
  • Stainless steel AISI 316 pipe fitting for the cylinder, with an 8×2 mm threaded nut for connection to the valve
  • We fit and supply our gas cylinder bundles with high-flow residual pressure (RPV) valves
  • Installation of a gas cylinder bundle, using the customer’s own gas cylinders if required
  • Provision of copper connectors for connecting the cylinders to the outlet piping
  • Checking the tightening torque at the connectors using a torque wrench
  • Leak test using an inert gas at operating pressure
  • Gas cylinder drying and residual moisture testing (guaranteed to be less than 40 ppm at 50 bar)
  • Non-destructive testing in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 10961 standard on the structure, manifold piping and connections of the assembled gas cylinder bundle
  • TPED/ADR data sheet
