Internal cleaning of gas cylinders, up to a maximum of 20 litres; maximum cylinder diameter: 270 mm, minimum: 85 mm. The cleaning process takes place in a closed blasting cabinet using a fully automatic cycle. Metal shot pellets ensure highly efficient cleaning without damaging the internal surface of the gas cylinder or leaving any residue on it. The metal shot is recirculated and cleaned of contaminants from the gas cylinder using a cyclone dust separator. A self-cleaning filter is used to clean the continuously flowing particles, whilst the accumulated debris is collected in an easily emptied container. Thanks to the optional ICS80-A-180 gas cylinder turner, the machine can also be used (albeit not in fully automatic mode) to clean gas cylinders taller than 85 cm and shorter than 180 cm.
