Description

Learn more about the product

Designed for the internal cleaning of gas cylinders, this is a fully automatic shot blasting machine. The machine is capable of cleaning gas cylinders with a maximum height of 1850 mm and a diameter of 270 mm. The cleaning process takes place in a closed shot blasting chamber using a fully automatic cycle. The metal shot ensures highly efficient cleaning without damaging the internal surface of the gas cylinder or leaving any residue on it. The metal shot is recirculated and cleaned of contaminants from the gas cylinder using a cyclone dust separator. We use a self-cleaning filter to clean the continuously flowing particles, whilst the accumulated debris is collected in an easily emptied container.
