Maximum pressure: 450 bar. Gas cylinder diameter: 60–225 mm. Gas cylinder length: 200–1100 mm. The unit essentially consists of a painted steel support and rotating structure. Four manual clamps are fitted to the rotating structure to hold the gas cylinders in place during testing. The hoses required for pressure testing are also mounted on the rotating frame. The rotation is controlled by an electric motor with an inverter, which prevents the cylinders from falling back onto the frame even in the event of a power cut. All electrical controls are fitted with low-voltage components on the left-hand side of the unit. A metal box protects the mechanical rotator, the pneumatic valves and the tools. Both the electronic control and the pneumatic control are mounted on top of the cabinet. This allows the entire test cycle to be controlled from a single location. The machine is equipped with a water pump and the necessary plastic tank, which is capable of both filling and emptying the bottles.
