Semi-automatic pressure testing bench with a single gas cylinder mounting. Gas cylinder diameter: 200–610 mm (see variants). Gas cylinder length 250–1850 mm, maximum test pressure: 100 bar. The pressure testing machine is designed to perform periodic pressure tests. The machine is primarily suitable for gas cylinders containing liquids or liquefied gases used in fire protection. The pressure test can be carried out in semi-automatic mode, consisting of the following stages:
The test bench will prompt the operator to press a confirmation button when switching between the different phases. The main components of the machine are: a gas cylinder rotator, designed to securely hold the gas cylinder and rotate it through 180°. The machine contains all the necessary components for carrying out the 3 operational phases: water storage tank, pressure booster pump, connections. We have also provided the necessary safety features to prevent access to hazardous areas.
