Maximum pressure value: 450 bar.Gas cylinder diameter: 110-270 mm Gas cylinder length: 500-1755 mm Maximum capacity: 30 cylinders/hour.The FIT 6-DUO EVO is an advanced automatic pressure test system for pressure testing of gas cylinders and fire extinguishers. The new test bench is an improved version of the FIT50 test bench produced since the 1990s. Once installed at the customer's site, the machine manages the pressure testing process fully automatically: filling of the gas cylinder, high pressure test, emptying of the gas cylinder, drying of the gas cylinder with the optional superheated steam dryer.The main concept of the machine is the high productivity achieved with a single operator, reaching more than 30 cylinders per hour, and the process is controlled only by the control panel, except for the replacement of the cylinders. The machine can be manufactured for 6 bottles (single bench) and 6+6 bottles (DUO version) for increased output. A high pressure steam dryer can be integrated into the pressure bench to dry the pressure tested cylinders directly on the pressure bench (only for steel cylinders)
