Digital pressure data logger. Pressure ranges: 0–160 bar, 0–600 bar or even custom ranges from 100 mbar to 3000 bar
Durable structural design and standard solutions for safe operation.
Tailored to individual technical requirements, gas types and operating conditions.
Data collector, logger, recorder
You can digitally record the pressure readings taken during the pressure test using a data logger. The data stored in the data logger can be retrieved using a program designed for rapid analysis (optional). The pressure gauge is available in the following pressure ranges:
You can record the pressure readings taken during the hydrostatic test and archive them after downloading. This allows you to verify and retrieve the data.
The data from the standard model can be accessed via a USB cable using a PC. The system runs on the Windows operating system. The computer must have at least two USB ports (the PC is not included in the package).
The data logger can record up to 60,000 measurements (30,000 if temperature is also recorded) at intervals ranging from 1 second up to 10 hours. This is set in the t1 parameter under the „Setting Menu”. The measurement duration is determined by the t2 parameter (usually 120 seconds).
The data is saved to non-volatile memory. The saved data will always be available until we start recording a new cycle. NOTE: a new measurement cycle = a new test cycle, so it is advisable to download and save the data after each test cycle. NOTE: all functions of the data logger are also available via the „Quick Analyzer” software for PC. Here you can use the following functions:
The JET digital pressure gauge is manufactured using modern technologies to ensure high reliability and versatility at an affordable price. Its main area of application is in industrial solutions where standard 0.21% accuracy is required. If required, we can also supply models with an accuracy of up to 0.11%.
The unit has been designed to be completely self-contained. This self-contained design is further enhanced by the built-in rechargeable Li-ion battery, which can be recharged either via a USB cable or a dedicated power supply.
In the programming menu, you can use the buttons to activate various functions:
A digital pressure gauge capable of providing stable measurements even in frequently changing environments. The resolution of the displayed value can be adjusted. Values can be set in increments of 1 bar, or in steps of 5 or 10 bar. The measured value can be displayed in several units: mbar, bar, kPa, MPa, psi, kg/cm², mHg, mmHg, mH₂O and mH₂O.
Communication via a USB port or, optionally, via a Wi-Fi connection. The data logger’s functions are particularly well suited for those who wish to process the data further on a computer. The sensor is made entirely of stainless steel to ensure long-term reliable measurement even in frequently changing environments.
By selecting the TEMPERATURE function, we can also display the temperature of the MRI contrast agent.
