The gas cylinder can be used for building a gas cylinder bank as well as for individual use. The gas cylinder is suitable for storing permanent and liquefied gases. The gas cylinder complies with the relevant European standards. Included with the gas cylinder are:

Rama Cylinders is a quality gas cylinder manufacturer. Two factories located in India years 480,000 dB are capable of producing gas cylinders. The factories Bureau Veritas has authorised and monitors it continuously. The 100% gas cylinders undergo both hydrostatic and ultrasonic testing. The ultrasonic testing is, of course, carried out over the entire surface.
The manufacturing technology uses a computer-controlled (CNC) so-called hot spinning technology. The gas cylinders' neck and base parts are made from seamless tubes used as raw material using this with German technology and German machines to be established. We shape the neckline and hem and neckline with this German technology (and machines), which is followed by various finishing operations.

Raw material
High-quality seamless tubes are used for the gas cylinders, which have undergone all necessary inspections to guarantee the required metallurgical properties for gas cylinder manufacturing. (e.g. Manganese Steel, Chrome-Moly Steel).
MANUFACTURING PROCEDURE
High-pressure seamless steel gas cylinders are produced by forming the bottom and neck sections. This process is carried out on CNC-controlled hot spinning machines. We ensure internal tests and checks at every stage of production to guarantee a quality product. Our cylinders have a diameter ranging from 76 to 406 mm. We provide various accessories according to customer requirements. These include valves, valve fittings, neck rings, caps, and valve guard flanges. Our plants are equipped with state-of-the-art machinery from renowned Indian and European manufacturers to produce high-quality products. The entire manufacturing process/testing is supervised by RCPL, which we carry out in-house at our own facility. This RCPL guarantees that we can offer gas cylinders of appropriate quality at suitable prices according to our customers' needs.
CHECKS & INVESTIGATIONS
We carry out the following checks and tests in accordance with the requirements of international and Indian standards: dimensional checks and visual inspection of seamless steel tubes, continuous temperature monitoring of the bottom and neck forming of gas cylinders, checking and recording heat treatment parameters, hardness testing after heat treatment, testing of mechanical properties – tensile strength, yield strength, % elongation
