The 100% gas cylinders undergo both hydrostatic and ultrasonic testing. The ultrasonic testing is, of course, carried out over the entire surface.
The manufacturing technology uses a computer-controlled (CNC) so-called hot spinning technology. The gas cylinders' neck and base parts are made from seamless tubes used as raw material using this with German technology and German machines to be established. We shape the neckline and hem and neckline with this German technology (and machines), which is followed by various finishing operations.
