How long will it take for me to receive my computer?

Our factories typically complete orders within 3-5 weeks of receiving the order and down payment. It is important that the parts provided by you arrive. For example, this could be the cylinder or valve provided by you for a cylinder bundle. Within the 3-5 week production time, you should also factor in an approximate 1-week delivery time within Europe.

Is it possible to use my own gas cylinders with cylinder bundles?

If you wish to use your own existing gas cylinders for building gas cylinder packs, then this is also possible. It is important that the gas cylinders meet European standards and have their manufacturing documentation.

Why do I have to pay for packaging?

In the price of our machines, we've included pallet packaging. Experience shows that wooden frame and stretch wrap packaging is often necessary. This packaging already safely protects the machine from damage during transit. If required, the wooden frame can even be covered with fibreboard.
