Allows 6 + 6 cylinders to be tested simultaneously in each cycle.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Principles of operation when performing pressure testing of gas cylinders<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FIT50<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The machine allows us to fill the gas cylinders with water, perform a pressure test and then empty the cylinders. The water used for the pressure test can either be reused or drained according to the customer&#8217;s operating instructions. The operator manually replaces the filling, pressure testing and emptying heads on the cylinders before each step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>CYCLE TIME:<\/em> it takes about 12-15 minutes to fill the pressure bench with 6 50 liter bottles, perform a 300 bar pressure test and then empty the bottles. Accordingly, the 24 gas cylinders can be inspected hourly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>DRYING:<\/em> the cylinders must be dried after the pressure test. Our recommended dryers: CIL model or DRY-VAP model.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FIT50-DUO<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The machine works similarly to the FIT50 operating principle. The main difference is that the FIT50-DUO is equipped with two gas cylinder inverters. As a result, the operator can work alternately on the single and double inverters. The two bottle inverting operations increase productivity and allow the drying system to be integrated into the press bench (see description of drying systems later).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>CYCLE TIME:<\/em> 42 gas cylinders \/ hour (50 liters) can be tested with 300 baron 2 operators with FIT50-DUO machine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>DRYING:<\/em> the cylinders must be dried after the pressure test. Our recommended dryers: CIL model or DRY-VAP model.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FIT-6-EVO<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The machine allows us to fill the gas cylinders with water, perform a pressure test and then empty the cylinders. The water used for the pressure test can either be reused or drained according to the customer&#8217;s operating instructions. The operator must manually attach the filling \/ testing \/ emptying head to the gas cylinders. The filling \/ testing head is a specially designed connector that allows the operator to connect the bottle in a matter of seconds without any twisting. This increases productivity and saves operator time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>CYCLE TIME:<\/em> it takes about 10 minutes to fill the machine with 6 50 liter bottles at 300 bar, to perform the pressure test and then to empty the bottles. Accordingly, the 30 gas cylinders can be inspected every hour.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>DRYING:<\/em> the cylinders must be dried after the pressure test. Our recommended dryers: CIL model or DRY-VAP model.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FIT-6DUO-EVO<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The machine has the same operating principle as the FIT-6-EVO model. The main difference is that the FIT50-DUO is equipped with two gas cylinder inverters. As a result, the operator can work alternately on the single and double inverters. The two bottle inverting operations increase productivity and allow the drying system to be integrated into the press bench (see description of drying systems later).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>CYCLE TIME:<\/em> FIT50-DUO can test 54 gas cylinders \/ hour (50 liters) with 300 baron 2 operators.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>DRYING:<\/em> the cylinders must be dried after the pressure test. Our recommended dryers: CIL model or DRY-VAP model.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Drying systems for FIT series<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The following gas cylinder dryers are available: CIL6 \/ 10 or DRY-VAP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CIL6 \/ 10<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The principle of operation is as follows: hot air is blown into the gas cylinder. There are two ways to use the CIL dryer. You can use this in addition to the pressure test bench, or you can integrate the dryer into the FIT series pressure test bench. If the machine is used next to the test bench, the operator must manually move the tested gas cylinders from the test bench to the gas cylinder dryer. If the dryer is integrated in the pressure tester, the test bench will dry in a vertical position immediately after the pressure test. It takes about 18 minutes to dry 6 50-liter gas cylinders. If the CIL machine has been integrated into the FIT press bench, it is not possible to use the machine during the drying cycle. This reduces the productivity of the FIT machine. If the CIL dryer is installed next to the FIT, the CIL drying time will not affect the performance of the FIT machine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The installation of 2 CIL gas cylinder dryers can guarantee the same drying performance as the FIT machine. If the CIL is integrated, the performance of the FIT pressure test bench decreases with drying time. Customers who request the integration of the CIL dryer usually choose the FIT50-DUO pressure test bench. This makes it possible for the gas cylinders to be pressure tested on the other cylinder inverter while the cylinders on one cylinder inverter are drying. Working alternately in this way saves operator time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DRY-VAP<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The principle of operation is as follows: we first blow hot dry steam into the gas cylinders and then hot dry air. The DRY-VAP can only be delivered integrated in the printing bench. All FIT models can be equipped with DRY-VAP drying. The gas cylinders dry upside down after the gas cylinders have been emptied. It takes about 9 minutes to dry 6 50 liter gas cylinders. Our customers who use the FIT-6DUO-EVO + DRY-VAP can test 30 gas cylinders per hour with 1 operator. DRY-VAP provides a high degree of drying performance. The residual moisture level measured in the gas cylinders after the use of DRY-VAP averaged 40 PPM 50 bar Nitrogen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Special machine<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If it is necessary to test the deformation of the gas cylinder both during the pressure test or after the pressure test, we recommend our WINJ72 water jacket pressure tester. The machine measures and optionally records the degree of deformation of the gas cylinder. The machine can handle 1 water jacket at a time. The test takes about 1 hour per bottle. Therefore, buyers usually use 2 water coats.
