(1) Cylinder inspection: external visual inspection, weight measurement, document check. (2) Valve removal: safe handling of residual pressure. (3) Internal cleaning: if rusty or contaminated. (4) Hydrostatic test: filling the cylinder with water and raising the test pressure to 1.5 times the working pressure \u2014 e.g. 200 bar working pressure \u2192 300 bar test pressure, 300 bar working pressure \u2192 450 bar test pressure. (5) Evaluation of results: measurement of expansion, leak test. (6) Drying, refitting of the valve, marking with the test date. (7) Issuing of the official test report.\n\nWhat does the official test report mean?\nThe PWENT report contains: the cylinder\u2019s identification details (manufacturer, date of manufacture, serial number), test pressure, the name and certificate number of the inspector, the date of the test, and the result (pass\/fail). This document is mandatory in the event of an official inspection \u2014 in the absence of this test, the cylinder cannot be refilled, and the owner is liable for any accidents arising from its use.\n\nPricing and discounts\nThe price for a single-cylinder pressure test starts at 4,500 Ft (for cylinders under 50 L) and 7,500 Ft (for larger cylinders).
