(1) Unscrewing the valve: using an EL60 or EL60-ATEX valve-removal machine. (2) Recovery of old extinguishing powder: TOTEM BAG or TOTEM TS powder recovery unit. (3) Internal cleaning: if necessary, to prepare for the hydrostatic test. (4) Hydrostatic test: HT350 pressure test bench (during 5\/10-year major maintenance). (5) External cleaning and painting: RCP 270 + painting system. (6) Refilling with new extinguishing powder: TOTEM E\/TS\/MTS powder charger. (7) Refitting and labelling of the valve: EL60 + SPSN1492.\n\nPackage contents (subject to variation)\nThe standard package includes: TOTEM E or TS powder charger\/recovery unit (depending on capacity), EL60 valve, HT350 pressure tester, RCP 270 cleaner, BE series scales, a DYNA dynamometer (for on-site measurements), an N7\/1FH-E pressure test pump, an AIR5 pneumatic jack, and basic torque wrenches (Bahco). Optional: SPSN1492 automatic labeller, DRY dryer, SKID AC\/FG8 mobile tool kit.\n\nWorkshop sizing\nThe contents of the package can be scaled according to the planned daily maintenance capacity (10\u201330, 30\u2013100, 100\u2013300 units\/day).
