(1) Special gas type or pressure range (e.g. extra-high-purity H\u2082, ammonia). (2) Non-standard cylinder types (custom-sized cylinders, non-standard threads). (3) Production capacity requirements (e.g. very high \u2014 1,000+ cylinders\/day). (4) Use in potentially explosive atmospheres (ATEX, extended zone classification). (5) Customer-specific integration with existing factory infrastructure. (6) Prototype machines for research or development projects.\n\nThe design process\n(1) Requirements assessment: site visit, recording of customer requirements, definition of technical parameters. (2) Conceptual design: outline of alternative solutions, cost and time estimates. (3) Detailed design: technical drawings, CAD models, documentation of compliance with standards. (4) Manufacturing: procurement of components, assembly (at the PWENT workshop or at a manufacturing partner\u2019s premises). (5) Trial operation: at the PWENT workshop, with documented testing. (6) On-site installation and commissioning (see 600-050 Installation Services).\n\nManufacturing partners\nPWENT works with leading Italian and European manufacturers (for bespoke machine components), as well as with Hungarian manufacturing partners in the areas of final assembly and customisation.
