Horizontal gas cylinder racks available in 12-, 16- and 20-cylinder configurations, with operating pressures of up to 200 bar or 300 bar. Our gas cylinder racks comply with standard 2010\/35\/EU. Supplied with the gas cylinder bundles:<\/p>\n

Gas cylinder used in a cylinder bundle<\/h2>\n

We can assemble our gas cylinder bundles ready for immediate use with our own cylinders, but if you would prefer us to use your own cylinders, that is also an option.<\/p>\n

If you request that the gas cylinder bundle be fitted with the gas cylinder you have supplied, it must bear the TPED (PI) marking and be accompanied by the relevant documentation.
\nWe manufacture the gas cylinder bundle in a hot-dip galvanised finish in accordance with the EN ISO 1461:2009 standard.
\n\u2022 Copper busbar \u00d810\u00d72.5 mm, with copper fittings and clamping rings
\n\u2022 We fit and supply our gas cylinder bundles with high-flow residual pressure (RPV) valves
\n\u2022 Copper fittings are used both in the main manifold piping and in the piping connecting to the branch gas cylinders
\n\u2022 Disassembly of gas cylinder bundles, using the customer\u2019s own gas cylinders if required
\n\u2022 Checking the tightening torque at the connectors using a torque wrench
\n\u2022 Leak test using an inert gas at operating pressure
\n\u2022 Gas cylinder drying and residual moisture testing (guaranteed to be less than 40 ppm at 50 bar)
\n\u2022 Non-destructive testing in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 10961 standard on the structure, manifold piping and connections of the assembled gas cylinder bundle
