The Fit-6 is a fully automatic test bench for gas cylinders with a 25E thread. Filling, pressure testing and emptying are all carried out via a single connection.<\/p>\n
The FIT 6-EVO is an advanced automatic pressure testing system designed for testing gas cylinders and fire extinguishers. The new test bench is an upgraded version of the FIT50 test bench, which has been in production since the 1990s. Once installed at the customer\u2019s premises, the machine handles the pressure testing process fully automatically: filling the gas cylinder, high-pressure testing, emptying the gas cylinder, and drying the gas cylinder using the optionally available superheated steam dryer. The machine\u2019s main concept is high productivity achieved with a single operator, processing over 30 cylinders per hour, with the operator controlling the process via the control panel, excluding cylinder changes. The machine can be manufactured for 6 cylinders (single bench) and 6+6 cylinders (DUO version) for increased capacity. A high-pressure steam dryer can be integrated into the pressure bench, allowing pressure-tested cylinders to be dried directly on the bench (for steel cylinders only).<\/p>\n
