Valve-fitting machines are available in various designs and configurations. Gas cylinder diameter: 80\u2013320 mm, length: 400\u20131650 (1800) mm, torque: 80\u2013400 Nm. There is also a standard+ explosion-proof version. The EL60 machine can be used to fit valves onto gas cylinders and to unscrew valves from gas cylinders. The machine is available in standard and ATEX (explosion-proof) versions. The standard version is suitable for inert and liquefied gases, as well as oxygen, whilst the ATEX version is suitable for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.\u00a0The machine is assembled from two main units \u2013 a lower and an upper unit. The upper unit consists of a motor speed reducer, a height-adjustable shaft, a valve-holding head and a torque control unit. The lower section consists of a pneumatic clamp that secures the cylinder during valve operations, and this is also where the control units are located. To ensure the operator\u2019s safety during filling and emptying, a safety door can also be ordered and fitted.<\/p>\n
