pressure testing machine isn't easy<\/h1>\n\n  <p>\n    We generally test gas cylinders at one and a half times their normal operating pressure.\nWe test a 200 bar gas cylinder with 300 bar.\nWe carry out the pressure test with water.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p>\n    Unlike gases, liquids can only be compressed to a very small extent.\nTherefore, even if a gas cylinder fails a pressure test, it will not explode, but at most the environment around the machine will get wet.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <p>\n    Our machines help to carry out the hydrostatic testing process,\n    to various degrees of automation.\n class=\"pwent-nyomasproba-card\">\n      <h3>Fire extinguisher bottles check<\/h3>\n      <p>\n        Fire extinguishers are generally pressurised to 10-15 bar.\nTherefore, a 50 bar pressure test is <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"pwent-nyomasproba-card\">\n      <h3>Pressure testing of CO2 fire extinguishers<\/h3>\n      <p>\n        With carbon dioxide extinguishers, we encounter pressurised gas cylinders. Carbon dioxide can be found in both liquid and gaseous states within the cylinder.\n      <\/p>\n      <p>\n        The gaseous and liquid states together create a stable pressure,\nwhich changes due to temperature.\nThe cylinders of carbon dioxide extinguishing appliances generally have a test pressure of 250 bar,\nand occasionally 212 bar.\n      <\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"pwent-nyomasproba-card\">\n      <h3>Large quantities of low-pressure industrial gas cylinders<\/h3>\n      <p>\n        For testing low-pressure industrial cylinders, we recommend the FIT50-LOW machine, which carries out the testing process fully automatically.\n      <\/p>\n      <p>\n        The machine has already been optimised for handling welded flanges.\nThe clamping mechanism has been developed for quick and secure connection.\n      <\/p>\n      <p>\n        The high-pressure members of the FIT50 series can also be used for low-volume sampling of low-pressure cylinders, but the welded flange and large diameter always require unique manual rework. performing the pressure test, and then emptying the cylinders.\n        The water used for the pressure test can be reused,\n        or discharged according to the customer's operating instructions.\n      <\/p>\n      <p>\n        The operator manually changes the filling, pressure testing, and emptying heads on the bottles before each step.\n      <\/p>\n      <ul>\n        <li>\n          <strong>Cycle time<\/strong>\n          Filling, 300-bar pressure testing, and emptying 6 x 50-litre cylinders takes approximately 12-15 minutes.\nAccordingly, approximately 24 gas cylinders can be tested per hour.\n        <\/li>\n        <li>\n          <strong>Drying<\/strong>\n          The bottles must be dried after the pressure test.\nRecommended dryers: CIL model or DRY-VAP model.\n        <\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"pwent-nyomasproba-model\">\n      <h4>FIT50-DUO<\/h4>\n      <p>\n        The machine operates similarly to the FIT50 principle.\nThe main difference is that the FIT50-DUO is equipped with a two-gas cylinder switching unit.\n      <\/p>\n      <p>\n        As a result, the operator can work alternately on one and the other filling unit.\nThe two bottle-filling operations increase productivity and allow for the integration of the drying system into the pressure test bench.\n      <\/p>\n      <ul>\n        <li>\n the cylinders.\n        The water used for the pressure test can be reused,\n        or discharged according to the customer's operating instructions.\n      <\/p>\n      <p>\n        The operator must manually connect the filling, testing and emptying head to the gas cylinders.\nThe filling and testing head is a specially designed connector,\nwhich allows the operator to connect the cylinder FIT-6DUO-EVO is equipped with two gas cylinder reversing units.\n      <\/p>\n      <p>\n        As a result, the operator can work alternately on one and the other filling unit.\nThe two time<\/strong>\n          With the FIT-6DUO-EVO machine and 2 operators, approximately 54 50-litre gas cylinders can be tested per hour at 300 bar.\n        <\/li>\n        <li>\n          <strong>Drying<\/strong>\n          The bottles must be dried after the pressure test.\nRecommended dryers: CIL model or DRY-VAP model.\n        <\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n    <\/div>\n\n  <\/div>\n\n  <h2>Drying systems for the FIT series<\/h2>\n\n  <p>\n    The following gas cylinder dryers are available: CIL6 \/ 10 or DRY-VAP.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <div class=\"pwent-nyomasproba-model-grid\">\n\n    <div class=\"pwent-nyomasproba-model\">\n      <h4>CIL6 \/ 10<\/h4>\n      <p>\n        The operating principle is as follows: hot air is blown into the gas cylinder.\nThe CIL dryer can be used in two ways.\nIt can be used as a separate unit next to the pressure test bench,\nor it can be integrated into the FIT series pressure test bench.\n      <\/p>\n      <p>\n        If the machine is used next to the test bench, the operator must manually move the gas cylinders being tested from the pressure test bench to the gas cylinder dryer. If the dryer is integrated into the pressure test bench, the test bench will immediately dry in a vertical position after the pressure test.\n      <\/p>\n      <p>\n        Drying 6 x 50-litre gas cylinders takes approximately 18 minutes.\nIf the CIL machine is integrated into the FIT pressure testing bench,\nthen the machine cannot be used for pressure testing during the drying cycle.\nThis reduces the productivity of the FIT machine.\n      <\/p>\n      <p>\n        If the CIL dryer is installed next to the FIT, then the CIL drying time will not affect the FIT machine's performance. The installation of two CIL gas cylinder dryers can ensure the same drying performance as the FIT machine produces on the pressure test side.\n      <\/p>\n      <p>\n        Customers requesting the integration of a CIL dryer typically opt for the FIT50-DUO pressure testing bench. This allows for pressure testing on one bottle rotator while bottles are being dried on the other. The alternating operation saves operator time.\n      <\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"pwent-nyomasproba-model\">\n      <h4>DRY-VAP<\/h4>\n      <p>\n        The operating principle is as follows: first, hot, dry steam is blown into the gas cylinders,\n        followed by hot, dry air.\n        The DRY-VAP can only be supplied integrated into the pressure test bench.\n        All FIT models can be equipped with DRY-VAP drying.\n      <\/p>\n      <p>\n        The gas cylinders are dried upside down after emptying.\nDrying 6 x 50-litre gas cylinders takes approximately 9 minutes.\n      <\/p>\n      <p>\n        Our customers using the FIT-6DUO-EVO + DRY-VAP system can test approximately 30 gas cylinders per hour with 1 operator.
